Quick thoughts amidst the celebration:

* Way to show up, Cardinals fans! That was like playing ball in a tomb.

* No more complaining about Manny!

* Welcome to Dodgertown, Vicente Padilla!

* Andre Ethier is a golden god!

* I always had faith that the Dodgers would win, but sweep? Really? Even I never considered that to be a possiblity – ever.
